- Mel Tettey Review added: 2018.02.08★ ★ ★ ★ ★Fantastic local shop, my partner and I stayed in cottages just up the road from this shop. After a long drive from London it was great to be able to walk to a local shop, and what a treat it was, local produce which tasted fantastic, great quality and a chance to invest local businesses. On our final night we asked the shop to order in some meat for dinner and they were happy to oblige I am so looking forward to sampling the lamb they ordered from the butcher for us. I will be sad to leave Lorton and the chance to shop in such a fantastic village gem. We hope to be back.
