- James Gray Review added: 2018.08.04★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Arrived at the hotel, but no one on main reception and had to wait for over 10 minutes. There was a telephone dock with a find button but it doesn't help when they don't take the phone with them... They were very noisy in the back and it sounded like they were having a joke about, not very professional.
Once we got in the room, we found out that the second bed that we had booked for online wasn't made up and were told that they would make it up 'when they could'...after waiting for another 15 minutes at reception again. Not to mention that we only had 1 towel, and 2 mugs and cups..even though the room had been booked for 3.
I stopped at 5 different Travelodges over 5 consecutive days and this was by far the poorest. - Clare Roberts Review added: 2018.03.15★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not the cleanest Travelodge I have stayed in. Carpet was dirty and evidence of dust around the bed. Bed light hadn't been cleaned in a while. Staff ok and friendly. Easily accessible but hygiene let the room down.
